A high-end residential new-build project involving the demolition of the existing property, followed by extensive groundworks including basement excavation, foundations, RC slab construction and waterproofing. The works included a new steel superstructure, architectural glazing, high-end fitting out, bespoke joinery, smart home automation, heating and cooling systems, ventilation, timber, stone and tiling finishes, solar installation, together with hard and soft landscaping.
Our Golders Park project won design et al’s Best Living Space award. Built by Octa Construction, with interiors by Olga Ashby Interiors, this award celebrates the exceptional home we helped bring to life.
