Situated on one of the most sought-after roads in North London, within Hampstead Garden Suburb, this high-end residential refurbishment and redevelopment involved restoration works to the retained front and flank walls/facades, alongside the construction of a new superstructure, extension and basement excavation. The works included bespoke joinery, premium tile, stone, timber and textile finishes, custom-designed interiors, smart home automation, new steel windows, timber rooflights, external doors and windows, together with soft and hard landscaping. Materials were carefully selected to match the existing architectural character typical of the Hampstead Garden Suburb area, with all works delivered in accordance with HGST requirements.
