Maida Vale

Located in the heart of Maida Vale, Little Venice, this project involved the full strip-out and amalgamation of two existing flats into one high-end residential apartment. The works included full rewiring and replumbing, bespoke joinery, timber and tile finishes, retention of the existing timber sash windows, and repairs to the existing rear façade.
